Built by NaviStar (once known as International Harvester) with a grant from the Obama administration, it seems like exactly what our cities need to save energy and reduce pollution and congestion. Big Business prefers large trucks and one-way arterials to walkability and healthy people, cities, and climates. The experiment has been dropped, and Americans suffer.
